Phase I–IV DSPTraining Overview

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) complete a structured Phase I–IV training program that covers essential skills, safety protocols, behavioral support, and person-centered care. Ongoing education and mentorship ensure staff remain competent and confident in providing high-quality support.
